Brian A. Casey

Brian Casey assists in a wide variety of projects, including the valuation and consultation of healthcare-related real estate entities, such as hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, cancer centers, physical therapy centers, laboratories, diagnostic imaging centers, and more.

Prior to joining Stout, Brian was a Manager with HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. Before that, he worked for a large, regional real estate appraisal firm for more than two decades, filling the role of a Senior Associate Appraiser.

He has performed all manner of commercial and residential valuation-related assignments, including real estate appraisal, market analysis, consultation, and appraisal review. Brian has provided services for many highly complex properties, such as regional shopping centers, healthcare-related properties, timeshares, major hotels and timeshares, commercial and residential market and rent studies, HUD and traditional apartments, subdivisions, condominium and townhome projects, CDD mixed-use developments, neo-town center projects, agricultural land, National Park Service land, and numerous special use properties.
