Bobby Van Dusen

Bobby Van Dusen has over three years of experience providing valuation services to both public and private sector clients. He has extensive expertise in the healthcare industry, where his valuation services mainly relate to transaction support, litigation support, and intangible assets.

Bobby works closely with attorneys, executives, accountants, investment bankers, consultants, administrators, physicians, and private equity groups in the healthcare space. Many of his analyses involve Stark, Anti-Kickback, IRC 501(c)((3), and/or other regulatory implications, which require analysis of fair market value and the determination of commercial reasonableness. His practice of valuation extends to business valuation, provider compensation valuation, intangible assets, management services arrangements, and marketing arrangements in the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Stout, Bobby was a Senior Associate with Healthcare Appraisers, Inc.
