Bennett Johnson has over a decade of professional services experience across transaction advisory and accounting. He specializes in providing financial due diligence services to clients in the healthcare, life sciences, and software sectors.

Bennett advises private equity and strategic clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, with expertise that spans quality of earnings analyses, carve-out assessments, working capital evaluation, and the identification of debt-like items and GAAP deviations. He also has deep experience with consolidation accounting, revenue recognition, and assessing the financial implications of purchase agreements and carve-out transactions.

Bennett collaborates closely with corporate development, investment, and finance teams to evaluate key valuation drivers, transaction risks, and post-acquisition integration considerations. His practical, data-driven approach helps clients gain clarity on financial performance and sustainability through complex deal processes.

Prior to joining Stout, Bennett served as a Director in the financial due diligence group at MCG Capital Advisory and spent over a decade with Deloitte in its Healthcare and Life Sciences M&A Transaction Services and Audit practices.
