Antonio de Quesada

Antonio de Quesada has over five years of experience providing audit, valuation, and transaction advisory services to both public and private-sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including technology, sports, manufacturing, construction, insurance, and government.

Antonio advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on capital markets readiness, financial reporting and financial statement preparation, accounting standard adoptions and conversions (e.g., IFRS to U.S. GAAP), and various technical accounting matters, including ASC 718, ASC 805, and ASC 842. He works closely with CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, Senior Directors of Accounting, and Vice Presidents of Finance in the context of capital markets readiness, acquisitions and business combinations, and technical topic inquiries.

Prior to joining Stout, Antonio provided audit and accounting advisory services at KPMG and supported the acquisition strategy at a large, privately held packaging company. Additionally, Antonio provided commercial real estate valuation services at CBRE.
