Albert Marsocci has extensive experience providing valuation services to both public and private sector clients. He has expertise across a broad range of loans varying greatly in terms and collateral types with a strong focus on commercial and residential real estate lending.

Albert advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on the valuation and expected loss calculations of various portfolios of loans. He works closely with CFOs, portfolio managers, and risk managers in the context of loan portfolio management.

Prior to joining Stout, Albert worked in secondary marketing for a residential lending bank. This role gave him valuable expertise in residential loan pricing, pipeline hedging, securitization, and capital markets. This experience has proven valuable to clients with large portfolios of residential and multifamily loans. After being part of a team trading billions of new origination loans yearly, Albert has a deep knowledge of regulations and bank clients’ common concerns.
