Adam Moeller specializes in providing valuation services for businesses that are the subject of litigation. Adam has broad valuation experience across many industries and has valued businesses in diverse sectors from seafood processing to real estate development. He also has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, including with valuations of physician-owned medical practices, pharmaceutical development and wholesaling companies, medical staffing, and home-care providers. Adam is experienced in the valuation of debt and equity securities, derivatives, personal goodwill, and other financial instruments.

In addition to valuation, Adam has provided forensic accounting and litigation advisory services for high-net-worth marital dissolution and shareholder disputes. He often works closely with family law attorneys to identify and value the assets that are the subject of dispute, performing tracing and other forensic accounting work in addition to valuation services. He is also practiced at analyzing lifestyle spending and preparing future net worth projections.

Prior to joining Stout, Adam was an adjunct professor of philosophy and taught courses in ethics and the history of philosophy at Emory University and Creighton University. His academic research focused on German and French political philosophy from the 18th century to the present. Adam successfully defended his dissertation entitled Sartre's Theory of Collective Action in 2015.
