Abdel Abraham has over five years of experience providing audit and advisory support to both public and private sector clients. He has served clients across a broad range of industries, including media & entertainment, manufacturing, retail, aerospace & defense, technology, and real estate.
Abdel advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on accounting standard adoptions (including revenue recognition and leases), business combinations, and initial public offerings. He also provides assistance with the preparation of financial statements and financial reporting.
Prior to joining Stout, Abdel served in EY’s external audit practice for over five years. During his tenure at EY, Abdel managed private and public company audits from inception and through the entire audit project cycle. He assisted his clients with navigating complex accounting topics including but not limited to ASC 606 implementation, stock-based compensation, goodwill impairment, and ASC 805 business combination transactions, among others.
