Tony Crisman Joins Stout’s Investment Banking Group

Stout is pleased to announce that Tony Crisman has joined the firm as Managing Director and Head of Healthcare in the Investment Banking group. Tony brings more than 20 years of investment banking experience, focused on serving private equity clients, publicly traded companies, and privately held and family-owned businesses operating across various healthcare sectors. As a specialist in outsourced pharmaceutical services, laboratory services, and diagnostics and research products, he has significant transaction expertise covering buy- and sell-side M&A deals and capital raising, completing more than 100 transactions.

Prior to joining Stout, Tony was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Healthcare at Lincoln International. Prior to Lincoln International, Tony was a Vice President in the healthcare investment banking practice of GCA Savvian Advisors.

Tony received his B.A. in Finance and Management at The University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business. He is based in Chicago.
