Stout Expands Accounting & Reporting Advisory Group

Stout is excited to announce the expansion of its Accounting & Reporting Advisory group through the addition of the Topp Advisory team, led by Travis Topp and Nick Hernandez, based in Irvine, CA.

Travis founded Topp Advisory in July 2021, building a practice that specialized in advising clients on complex capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, IPO readiness, and SEC reporting. Under his leadership, Topp Advisory earned a strong reputation for guiding middle-market and public companies across various industries, including technology, SaaS, consumer products, retail, and manufacturing. Prior to founding Topp Advisory, Travis held leadership positions at CNM LLC and KPMG.

Nick joins Stout as a key member of the Topp Advisory team, having previously served as Director at Topp Advisory, where he provided accounting and reporting advisory services to clients in industries such as consumer products, real estate, technology, media and entertainment, aerospace and defense, and life sciences. With significant experience advising publicly traded, family-owned, and private equity-backed clients on technical accounting and financial reporting matters, Nick brings invaluable expertise. Before joining Topp Advisory, Nick spent ten years in the Audit & Assurance practice at Deloitte.
