Nick Hernandez

Nick Hernandez has extensive experience serving publicly traded, family owned, and private equity-backed clients on technical accounting and financial reporting matters. He serves a variety of industries, including consumer products, real estate, technology, media and entertainment, aerospace and defense, and life sciences.

Nick advises publicly traded and privately owned companies on technical accounting and financial reporting matters related to business combinations, debt and equity financings, embedded derivatives, revenue recognition, share-based compensation, consolidation, and leases. He also assists with financial statement preparation including preparation and review of annual and interim SEC filings.

Prior to joining Stout, Nick was a Director at Topp Advisory, where he provided accounting and reporting advisory services across a broad range of industries. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice.
