Stout is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of its client, Elfix Production (Elfix), a top-tier manufacturer of watchmaking components, by SwissTech Watch Components (STWC), a family-owned industrial holding in the watchmaking industry. Stout provided exclusive financial sell-side advisory services to Elfix in connection with this transaction.

Based in the heart of Switzerland’s Watch Valley in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Elfix has been developing and manufacturing best-in-class components for high-end luxury brands for over two decades. With its unique patented know-how for clasps systems and exclusive “Swiss Made” label, Elfix has earned the trust of the biggest names in the Swiss watch industry. The company operates on two sites, boasting a state-of-the-art equipment and machine fleet, and is a proud member of the Responsible Jewellery Council.

This acquisition aligns with STWC’s strategic plan to build a platform of watchmaking suppliers offering components for high-end brands across the entire value chain.
