Joel and Andy discussed the outlook for restructuring abroad, with all its challenges and opportunities, as we enter 2025.

“We watched these cross-border insolvencies take place in many jurisdictions, and seeing how the different court proceedings were coordinated or the benefits. And so, there are lessons that have been learned in many of these. I think we'll see greater coordination,” Joel said. “I think we're going to have the courts look back at these cases and be informed and realize how important it is to act swiftly and to coordinate with one another.”
