Stout determined the insurable values of the worldwide assets of a Tier One automotive supplier for property insurance-placement purposes. The project was performed to ensure the client's insurance policy properly covered the client's tangible assets in the event of a casualty loss. The valuation included more than 75 properties in North America and Europe. Personal property assets consisted of foam and plastic molding equipment, carpet fabrication equipment, automated finishing equipment, metal working equipment, and office and administrative equipment.
