We were engaged by a staff-assisted home dialysis company that was considering a sale. The company operated a unique business model in which it primarily contracted with managed Medicaid plans to provide home hemodialysis services to high acuity patients.
The sellers engaged us specifically because of our industry expertise and ability to understand their unique business model. We valued the company and provided consulting services related to the contemplated sale. The company was able to obtain multiple offers and select a buyer based on the services we provided.
