Stout assisted the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey with their business interruption insurance claim related to the events of 9/11. These events included the loss of income across the following business lines: four airports, PATH transit, Port Authority Bus Terminal, bridges and tunnels, and all related advertising and police. We collected and calculated the extra expense costs across all business lines, which included relocation expenses, constructions, overtime, and transportation. This was, at the time, the largest insurance claim ever filed.
