Sook led a joint team from Chicago and Singapore to investigate and validate a claim of $250 million for a Malaysian conglomerate of cable and television networks resulting from a failed joint venture. Her analysis involved a review of thousands of invoices and various agreements to support the damages claims. She presented the client with a supported claim of costs incurred of $228 million ahead of an international arbitration hearing in Singapore, ultimately resulting in an award of $230 million to the client.
