Jon and his team acted as exclusive financial advisor to Braemar Shipping Services plc, the listed marine services group, on the sale of its incident response business, Braemar Response Ltd., to Amibpar Group, the Brazilian integrated environmental solutions company.

Braemar Response formed part of London-headquartered Braemar’s technical division and provides environmental consultancy, contracting, and training services for the oil and gas, road, and maritime industries.

Ambipar Group, founded in 1929 and headquartered in Nova Odessa, Brazil, offers complete and integrated environmental solutions, employing more than 3,000 people. Composed of seven companies, it leverages its capabilities in logistics, onshore and offshore emergency response, residue management, and product development, offering services to more than 2,000 clients.
