Douglas advised the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 filing of an operator of quick lube centers nationwide. 

Advisory services included analyzing the debtor’s strategic alternatives for a financial and operational restructuring, analyzing potential fraudulent transfers and other avoidance actions, and monitoring and evaluating the debtor’s operations on behalf of the committee. 

The team also performed a four-wall analysis on all 435 locations and worked with the debtor and its advisors toward a plan of reorganization.
