Stout served as financial advisor to Made in Italy Fund's Prosit S.p.A., one of Italy’s most premium segment wine groups, founded by Sergio Dagnino and run by the Quadrivio & Pambianco “Made in Italy Fund,” on its acquisition of Casa Vinicola Caldirola S.p.A., which produces a wide range of Italian regional wines, including its historic brand, La Cacciatora.

Founded in 1897 by Ferdinando Caldirola, Casa Vinicola Caldirola offers a broad range of products, including still, sparkling, effervescent, and organic labels that rank among acknowledged classes of wine (DOC, DOCG, and IGT) and come from all over Italy. The company posted revenues of €40.3 million and an EBITDA of €2.2 million in 2021.
