- Stout continues its global expansion with the opening of its newest office in Italy. Located in Milan, Stout’s fourth office in Europe will provide access to the domestic M&A market and cross-border transaction coverage for the market regions of Western and Eastern Europe.
- Stout recently launched a Transformative Change Consulting practice. As part of the firm’s Management Consulting services, this new practice aims to deliver strategic solutions for complex social and economic matters. Stout is recognized nationally as a leader in complex multi-stakeholder engagements requiring transformative change and has assisted with the development and passage of landmark legislation and legislative reforms, transformative industry and social change initiatives, and innovative strategic plans for private corporations, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.
- In Stout's 5th annual Automotive Defect & Recall Report, Stout has identified indications of how advanced automotive technologies are beginning to contribute to recalls in vehicles, offering insight into what OEMs and suppliers may expect to encounter as such technologies become more prevalent.
