Vikram Sinnathamby

Vikram Sinnathamby is part of the ESOP & ERISA Advisory group. He has experience in the valuation of business interests in both private and public corporations for numerous purposes, and has extensive experience in the valuation of ownership interests in companies owned by employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). He has performed analyses related to ESOP transaction analysis, determination of transaction fairness and adequate consideration, solvency opinions, and annual employer security valuation updates. 

Vikram’s experience spans a diverse range of industries, including engineering, construction, professional services, government contracting and defense, and consumer products.
