Tyler Strauss

Tyler Strauss has extensive experience supporting private equity sponsors and management teams on commercial due diligence, vendor due diligence, and growth strategy engagements, with a focus on business services, infrastructure, and industrial software. His work spans market sizing and segmentation, competitive and customer research, pricing and value proposition assessment, and evaluation of go-to-market effectiveness to support investment decisions and value creation planning.

In this role, Tyler works closely with private equity investment professionals, operating partners, and senior management teams across the transaction lifecycle and post-close value creation planning. He supports clients in evaluating market attractiveness, competitive positioning, customer demand dynamics, and the credibility of management growth plans, as well as identifying actionable levers related to pricing, go-to-market strategy, service expansion, and operational scalability. His experience spans buy-side and sell-side engagements, helping inform underwriting decisions, diligence findings, and the articulation of clear, defensible equity stories.

Prior to joining Stout, Tyler worked at PwC within Strategy& and at the Federal Reserve, where he supported data-driven special projects.
