As a Certified Public Accountant, Tracy’s professional experience also spans preparing commercial insurance claims as well as analyzing damages in complex commercial litigation matters, in addition to conducting financial statement assurance services.

Tracy’s commercial litigation and damages expertise includes a wide range of services, such as post-transaction representations and warranties claims, breach of contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, theft of trade secrets / restrictive covenant disputes, employee contract disputes, net working capital disputes, class action business torts, asset misappropriation and embezzlement investigations, business interruption, and other intricate damages analyses.

Tracy has extensive experience preparing and reviewing insurance claims recovery for large corporations in the event of covered perils.
