Prior to joining Stout, Stephanie led Strategy & Operations at Pointe Advisory, driving strategic initiatives that fueled the firm’s rapid growth. Before joining Pointe, she directed the global tech strategy and digital transformation efforts at CNH Industrial, strengthening its competitive positioning and launching innovative solutions to market. Her career spans roles in corporate strategy at Andreessen Horowitz-backed startup Apeel Sciences, and she cofounded a corporate development practice, advising over 100 early-stage businesses on their growth strategy, operating model, and venture fundraising.

Stephanie leverages her financial background from prior investing roles at venture capital funds Sands Capital Ventures and PowerPlant Ventures, having begun her career in middle-market M&A investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities.
