Simon Jia

Simon Jia has extensive experience advising Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and nonprofit organizations on growth strategy, commercial due diligence, pricing, finance transformation, and post-acquisition value creation. He has worked directly with C-suite executives, management teams, and investment professionals across the professional services, industrials, manufacturing, distribution, energy, technology, consumer, entertainment, financial services, and transportation sectors.

Prior to joining Stout, Simon was a Senior Manager at Bain & Company, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on investment diligence, growth strategy, pricing, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Before Bain, he was an Economist at NERA Economic Consulting, where he supported clients in complex litigation, regulatory investigations, and arbitration matters involving economic analysis, financial modeling, and damages assessments.

Simon has worked with clients across North America and Europe. He is fluent in English and French and is conversational in Mandarin Chinese.
