Samuel Cook's concentration is in machinery & equipment appraisal. He has over six years of experience providing valuation services to both public and private-sector clients. He has performed valuation services for purchase price allocation, impairment or disposal of long-lived assets, asset-based lending, financing, and fresh start accounting purposes.

Samuel has valuation consulting experience concerning domestic and foreign markets. He has performed tangible asset valuations internationally in the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland. He has provided valuation services in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, commercial food processing, aluminum and steel production, chemical processing, packaging, renewable energy, healthcare, and retail.

Prior to joining Stout, Samuel was a Manager at BDO.
