Ryan Shea

Ryan Shea has over seven years of experience providing accounting advisory and transaction services to public and private companies, ranging from early-stage startups to well-established corporations. His experience spans a variety of industries, including life sciences, technology, specialty finance and real estate.

Ryan has served as an advisor on numerous engagements related to initial and follow-on public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. He has also advised clients on a variety of complex accounting matters, including debt and equity issuances, stock-based compensation, earnings per share and purchase accounting.

Prior to joining Stout, Ryan worked as the Director of Corporate Finance at a publicly traded company where he focused on strategic initiatives across the FP&A and Corporate Venture functions. Before that, he was a Vice President at Genova Group and began his career at KPMG, working with emerging growth companies.
