Russell Frank

Russell Frank has expertise in providing a wide range of support services to both public and private sector clients across a broad range of industries. He concentrates on financial statement preparation, controllership, and technical accounting matters (including ASC 606, 842, 805, and 718).

Russell also advises companies on financial close, consolidations, budgeting and forecasting, purchase accounting, internal controls, operational accounting, financial statement audits, process improvements, and other areas.

Prior to joining Stout, Russell spent five years as an assurance professional with Weaver serving private companies in the energy and real estate industries, and for EY serving public oil and gas companies.
