Rodney Dittenhafer has extensive experience in the commercial and residential real estate industry and financial services sector. He focuses on modeling credit risk to support loan valuations and expected credit losses as well as providing real estate loan portfolio valuation services for public and private sector clients.
Rodney is responsible for overseeing the models related to their products, including loan valuations, portfolio stress testing, CECL credit default compliance, and CRE credit rating scorecards. He provides portfolio management services for each of the products and works closely with credit risk managers of GSEs, FDIC, commercial banks, insurers, and other institutional investors to generate an in-depth analysis and understanding of their loan portfolios.
Prior to joining Stout, Rodney was a Senior Vice President at DebtX Analytics, where he served in a similar role in model development and provided loan portfolio valuation services to institutional investors. His earlier experience at F.W. Dodge and Property & Portfolio Research included forecasting of property market fundamentals and performance metrics to help clients manage their real estate portfolios.
