Richard Vengazo

Richard Vengazo has nine years of experience providing fair market valuation and advisory services to healthcare clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including healthcare,  professional services, capital markets, and financial services.

Richard advises hospitals and health systems across the country in all aspects of healthcare compensation valuation, including provider employment arrangements, professional services arrangements, hospital-based financial support arrangements, medical director arrangements, call coverage arrangements, and service and management agreements. He works closely with physician practices, medical groups, law firm attorneys, in-house counsel, compliance departments, and operations leadership in the context of healthcare compensation valuation.

Prior to joining Stout, Richard founded and grew two successful derivatives trading companies and leverages his expertise in financial modeling, pricing of derivative securities, risk analysis, and team leadership in his focus on healthcare compensation valuation.
