Rebecca Wu

Rebecca Wu has over a decade of experience within the private equity industry, having completed multiple buy-side acquisitions and supported various sponsor clients. She has broad expertise across a range of industries, including distribution, industrials, business services, and consumer products.

Rebecca’s primary focus areas include financial modeling, management reporting, budgeting and forecast processes, lender reporting, cash forecasting, and liquidity management. She works closely with private equity sponsors and executive management teams.

Prior to joining Stout, Rebecca steered her career throughout the life cycle of a deal: from transaction advisory, to deal execution, to post-deal finance reporting and integration. She started as a generalist in the M&A group of a large-cap investment bank before focusing on the middle-market sector during her buy-side roles at two mid-cap private equity firms. Most recently, Rebecca was a Vice President at a boutique consulting firm, where she led strategic finance engagements for private equity portfolio companies.
