Rachael Nosewicz is part of Stout’s Transformation team, specializing in AI-enabled management reporting, operational efficiency, and digital adoption. She partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to design automated dashboards, streamline management reporting workflows, and eliminate manual data manipulation through solutions such as Power BI, Power Query, and AI productivity tooling.

Rachael leads the development and delivery of training programs that empower colleagues to leverage emerging technologies (including ChatGPT Enterprise, Harvey, and M365 Copilot) to enhance speed, accuracy, and decision making across the firm. She collaborates closely with the StoutGPT development team and key internal stakeholders to expand AI-driven workflows, monitor usage and adoption, and quantify business value through data visualization.

Additionally, Rachael serves as a trusted advisor to internal and external clients, driving proactive communication, change management, and project execution while continuously exploring new market tools and trends to bring forward innovative, scalable solutions.

Rachael started her career providing financial dispute consulting services. For over seven years, she has served clients on a variety of matters within commercial litigation, forensic accounting, and post-transaction disputes involving the quantification of damages.

Rachael’s experience encompasses a wide array of engagements. These include, but are not limited to, matters involving breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, shareholder disputes, fraud and forensic investigations, working capital disputes, representation and warranty insurance claims, labor and economic disputes, and many other matters.
