Phillip Lewin

Phillip Lewin has extensive experience providing audit and technical accounting services to public and private sector clients. He has expertise across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, restaurants, professional services, and technology.

Phillip advises companies on financial reporting and technical accounting matters, including business combinations, stock-based compensation, debt and equity transactions, leases, and revenue recognition.

Prior to joining Stout, Phillip served in RSM’s external audit practice for six years. During his time at RSM, he managed private company audits throughout the entire audit process. Phillip assisted clients with complex accounting topics, including but not limited to leases, business combinations, equity incentive units, and debt modifications.
