Oliver Bottle

Oliver Bottle has extensive experience providing technical accounting, financial reporting, and transaction advisory services to public and private companies in both the United States and the United Kingdom. He has worked across a broad range of industries, including banking, insurance, technology, manufacturing, gaming, and media and entertainment.

Oliver advises clients on complex U.S. GAAP and IFRS matters, including revenue recognition, leasing, business combinations, stock-based compensation, variable interest entity assessments, debt modifications and extinguishments, SOX controls, and SEC and capital markets reporting matters. He also supports clients with financial statement preparation and uplift, audit readiness, operational accounting, IPO readiness, carve-outs, mergers and acquisitions, and the implementation of new accounting standards. In addition, he has led large multidisciplinary teams on complex accounting and transformation projects and is known for pairing strong technical knowledge with practical execution.

Prior to his current role, Oliver held technical accounting advisory and deals/accounting advisory positions at a regional advisory firm and PwC in Los Angeles and began his career in assurance with PwC in the United Kingdom. He also has experience developing training programs and reporting solutions using automation and analytics tools, including Alteryx and Tableau.
