Nick Fedorchak

Nick Fedorchak has extensive experience providing financial and operational advisory services to both public and private companies across industries, including industrials and consumer. He specializes in supporting the Office of the CFO by delivering FP&A and performance visibility solutions, interim finance leadership and change management, operating model and roadmap development, operational excellence initiatives, and pre- and post-close carve-out and integration support.

Nick works closely with private equity sponsors, boards of directors, and executive management teams.

Prior to joining Stout, he was a Managing Director at a boutique consulting firm and previously held finance and strategy leadership roles within portfolio companies, private equity portfolio operations, and industry.
