Molly Ostenberg Bogus has more than 15 years of experience providing financial analysis and a variety of consulting services, including over ten years of experience in business valuation and litigation support.

Molly has valued numerous ownership interests in privately held entities owning real estate and various other investments, as well as ownership interests in businesses operating in a variety of industries. These valuations were completed for many different purposes, including the purchase or sale of a business interest, estate and gift tax planning, corporate restructuring, divorce litigation, shareholder disputes and other matters.

Molly's litigation experience has included damage analyses and expert witness preparation in matters involving commercial damages due to breach of contract, minority shareholder disputes, marital/non-marital tracing and opposing expert critiques. In addition, she has provided attorney case assistance to facilitate the discovery process, develop case strategy and analyze experts’ positions.

Prior to joining Stout, Molly was a Manager at Invotex.
