Matthew Raiff is a nationally recognized expert in analyzing cartel matters. He works for defendants and plaintiffs. His work involves all facets of the litigation from early case assessment and opt- out coalition building to expert testimony at trial. He has also performed a broad array of damage and liability analyses in a variety of antitrust and healthcare matters.
Matthew’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and leading law firms. His work has covered a wide range of industries, including agriculture, automotive, biotechnology, energy, food service, healthcare, high technology, insurance, manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceutical, and retail, among others.
Prior to joining Stout, Matthew served as a Managing Director at The Claro Group. Before that, he held leadership positions at nationally recognized consultancies. He has worked in the oil and gas industry and the controlled environmental agriculture industry.
