Loren Lirely has over seven years experience providing accounting and reporting services to both public and private sector clients. He has extensive experience across a broad range of industries including energy, mining, transportation, and real estate.
Loren advises companies on various technical accounting matters, including fresh-start accounting and restructuring, lease accounting, business combinations, stock-based compensation, derivatives and hedging instruments, and financial statement preparation.
Prior to joining Stout, Loren served as the Controller at a mid-sized private company where he led the technical accounting and reporting functions. Prior to his industry experience, he served clients in Deloitte’s audit and assurance practice.
