Logan Busch has over 10 years of experience providing audit and advisory support to both public and private sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries including banking, capital markets, wealth and asset management and private equity.
Logan advises firms on technical accounting, financial reporting, and financial regulatory reporting issues as well as supporting the Office of the CFO. Areas of technical focus include SEC reporting, financial statement and disclosure preparation, business combinations, revenue recognition, fair value measurement, business process optimization, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Section 404 compliance, finance function assessments, and future-state finance function roadmaps.
Prior to joining Stout, he was a Senior Manager at EY in the assurance practice where he led the execution of financial statement audits from inception through the entire audit project cycle.
