Logan Busch has over 10 years of experience providing audit and advisory support to both public and private sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, packaging and industrial distribution, banking, capital markets, wealth and asset management, and private equity.
Logan advises CFO organizations on M&A transactions, finance transformation, and operational improvement, with a focus on technical accounting, SEC and financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and finance organization effectiveness. He partners with leadership teams to optimize finance functions, improve financial and management reporting, support ERP and finance transformation initiatives, and design scalable operating models aligned with strategic objectives.
His areas of technical expertise include finance function assessment and optimization, financial statement and SEC disclosure preparation, business combinations, revenue recognition, fair value measurement, business process optimization, Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404 compliance, and the development of future-state finance operating models and roadmaps.
Prior to joining Stout, Logan was a Senior Manager in EY’s assurance practice, where he led financial statement audits from planning through completion, managed complex engagements, and coordinated cross-functional teams serving public and private companies.
