Kristin Moore

Kristin Moore has 15 years of accounting and reporting experience with public, private, and private equity-owned companies. She has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, construction, food and beverage, and financial services, where she was responsible for SEC reporting, technical research, GAAP financials, accounting process improvement, ERP system implementations, as well as many other areas of financial management.

Ms. Moore advises publicly traded, private equity-owned, and privately held companies on financial and management reporting, technical research, financial close, consolidations, purchase accounting, internal controls, operational accounting, financial statement audits, process improvements, and all other areas of controllership. She also works closely with CFOs, private equity management, internal management, public accounting firms, and other financial advisors to provide timely and accurate financial information.

Prior to joining the Transaction Advisory group, Ms. Moore was the Corporate Controller for Stout. Prior to Stout, Ms. Moore was a Controller for a retail company located in Detroit. She has also held positions with a publicly traded food and beverage company as well as a Big-Three auto manufacturer, where her main responsibilities were SEC reporting and technical research. She started her career in public accounting where she worked on both public and private companies.
