Kirsten Hodges

Kirsten Hodges has six years of fixed asset valuation experience. She focuses on the valuation of medical and other equipment within various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, cancer centers, urology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, physical therapy, laboratory, obstetrics and gynecology, and diagnostic imaging centers.

Prior to joining Stout, Kirsten served as a Director at HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. in Boca Raton, Florida, where she provided fair market value opinions within the healthcare sector. Before that, she was a Senior Project Manager at HCA Asset Management in Bradenton, Florida, where she managed capital asset engagements in various healthcare and university environments.
