He advises corporate leaders on complex, cross-functional initiatives and has served as a trusted partner to C-suite executives, combining rigorous analytics, project management, and data-driven insight.

Prior to joining Stout, Kevin was a Director at Pointe Advisory. Before Pointe, he held senior leadership roles at Spark Therapeutics, where he served as Director of Corporate Strategy & Operations and Chief of Staff to the Chief Business Officer, partnering closely on cross-functional decision making. Earlier in his career, Kevin was an Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting. His career also features analytical, growth, and financial roles in the healthcare and professional services industries.
