Kelly Provost

Kelly Provost has over 15 years of experience assisting privately held and publicly traded companies both domestically and internationally with complex accounting and financial reporting issues, including debt and equity transactions, share-based payment arrangements, earnings per share, and revenue recognition. Kelly has extensive experience in the life science and biotech industry working on capital market transactions, including IPOs and reverse mergers.

Kelly has led and participated in more than 40 IPO readiness engagements within the life sciences, biotech, and med device industries and has served as an advisory expert panelist in several IPO boot camps, capital market-focused and life sciences industry-focused events, and continuing educating programs.

Prior to joining Stout, Kelly was a Partner and leader of the life sciences capital market practice with CFGI and prior to that was in EY’s audit practice.
