Karson Bodnovich is part of the ESOP & ERISA Advisory group and has extensive experience in the valuation of ownership interests in companies owned by employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). 

Karson's experience includes the valuation of business interests in both private and public corporations for numerous purposes. He has performed analyses related to ESOP security formation, transaction fairness and adequate consideration opinions, and annual employer security valuation updates. His experience also spans a diverse client base in a wide range of industries, including professional services, construction and engineering, energy, diversified industrials, retail, consumer products, and food and beverage, among others.
