Karishma Modha has over 10 years of experience in transaction advisory services supporting corporate and private equity clients. She has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including TMT (technology, media, and telecommunications), industrial manufacturing, automotive, consumer markets and transportation, and logistics.

Karishma specializes in solving complex problems for the Office of the CFO and supporting founder-owned companies that are preparing for a sale. Karishma specializes in optimizing a finance organization, particularly in integration management, finance function assessment and optimization, and financial and management reporting. Karishma is also skilled at project managing M&A transactions while providing execution capabilities in the finance vertical.

Karishma’s integration experience relates to national and international acquisitions for corporates, private equity, and their portfolio companies. Her specialty is focusing on optimizing an incoming finance organization’s ability to be ready on Day One through Day 100.

Prior to joining Stout, Karishma worked at KPMG in its Deal Advisory practice, where she focused on buy- and sell-side services. Her focus areas included carve outs, finance integrations, and separations and technical accounting.
