Karishma Modha

Karishma Modha has over eight years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), technical accounting, process improvement, and ERP implementation. Prior to joining Stout, Karishma spent over eight years at KPMG LLP in both its Audit and Deal Advisory practices.

Karishma is a Certified Public Accountant with deep industry expertise in TMT (technology, media, and telecommunications), consumer markets, transportation, and logistics. Karishma primarily focuses on finance-focused integration and separation for both corporate and private equity companies. She also is a subject matter expert in public company readiness, particularly with respect to SEC reporting, audit readiness, and close acceleration. Karishma is skilled at project managing M&A transactions while also able to provide execution capabilities in the Finance vertical.

Karishma’s finance integration experience is primarily focused on assisting Fortune 100 companies with international acquisitions where U.S.-based companies face significant regulatory, statutory, and cultural hurdles, both pre-sign and post-close. Her specialty is focusing on optimizing an incoming Finance organization’s ability to be ready on Day One through Day 100.
