Karishma Modha is in Stout's Transaction Advisory practice and has more than 10 years of experience helping corporate and private equity clients build, transform, and optimize the Office of the CFO. She advises clients across the full M&A lifecycle, from preparing founder-owned businesses for sale and supporting transaction execution to leading post-close integration and finance transformation initiatives.
Karishma has extensive experience managing finance integrations for both domestic and international transactions across corporate, private equity, and portfolio companies. She takes a hands-on approach to ensuring finance organizations are positioned for success from Day One through Day 100. Her work focuses on aligning people, processes, and technology to create scalable, efficient finance functions that support long-term growth and value creation.
Her industry experience spans technology, media, and telecommunications, industrial manufacturing, automotive, consumer products, and business services.
Prior to joining Stout, Karishma was a member of KPMG's Deal Advisory practice, where she advised clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
