Karen Leppert

Karen Leppert specializes in machinery & equipment valuation. She has provided valuation services for numerous purposes including, purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, impairment or disposal of long-lived assets, financing, insurance placement, estate planning, the establishment and maintenance of fixed asset property record systems for public sector entities, structured finance transactions relating to domestic and U.S. cross-border leases for qualified technological equipment (QTE) and service contract structures, end-of-lease negotiations, and lease portfolio valuation.

Karen has over 25 years of experience valuing a wide range of industries and has provided valuation consulting services throughout North America, Eastern and Western Europe, Latin America, Asia, the Caribbean, and South Pacific.

Prior to joining Stout, Karen was a Director with American Appraisal Associates, Inc. In this position, Karen executed and managed large appraisal engagements, and was responsible for updating and standardizing valuation procedures.
