Josh Keffer

Josh Keffer is part of the ESOP & ERISA Advisory group and has extensive experience in the valuation of ownership interests in companies owned by employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).

Josh's experience includes the valuation of business interests in both public and private companies for numerous purposes. He has performed analyses related to ESOP security formation and transactions, determination of transaction fairness and adequate consideration, and annual employer security valuation updates. Josh also brings investment banking experience including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raises for privately held, middle market companies.

Prior to joining Stout, Josh was an Associate in a New York-based investment bank focused on middle market, privately held companies.
