John Tattory has extensive financial and operational leadership experience in private and publicly traded pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies. His expertise draws on his experience as a Chief Financial Officer for public and private companies from the development stage through commercialization with a focus on strategic and operational planning, capital raising in the public and private markets, financial planning and analysis, corporate and business development, investor relations, and public financial reporting and accounting.
During his career, John has raised over $400 million in capital through public and private equity offerings, structured debt facilities, and licensing agreements.
Prior to joining Stout, John was at LS Associates providing CFO consulting services to public and private biotechnology and medical device companies. Prior to that, he held full-time CFO positions at Windtree Therapeutics, Inc., a publicly traded development stage biotechnology company, and Cerapedics, Inc., a privately held, commercial stage medical device company. He also previously held financial management positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Ernst & Young.
