Joe Forcina

Joe Forcina has over 10 years of experience providing accounting advisory, transaction advisory, and assurance services to publicly traded and privately owned companies, ranging from early-stage startups to well-established corporations. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including life sciences, healthcare, technology, mortgage banking, financial services, insurance, and higher education.

Joe advises clients on technical accounting and financial reporting matters associated with audit readiness, IPO readiness and initial and follow-on public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. His technical accounting experience includes purchase accounting, complex debt and equity accounting, stock-based compensation, earnings per share, and the transfer and servicing of financial assets.

Prior to joining Stout, Joe was a Manager in Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice, where he led financial statement and regulatory compliance audits across the full audit life cycle.
