Joe Forcina

Joe Forcina has over 8 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to both publicly traded and privately owned companies. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including mortgage banking, retail and commercial banking, financial services, property and casualty insurance, healthcare, and higher education.

Joe advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on technical accounting, complex financial transactions, financial reporting, audit and IPO readiness, and finance integration and optimization. Joe’s technical accounting experience includes purchase accounting, revenue recognition, derivatives and hedging, fair value measurement, complex debt and equity accounting, and servicing of financial assets.

Prior to joining Stout, Joe was a Manager in Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice where he led the execution of financial statement and regulatory compliance audits from inception through the entire audit life cycle.
