Jillian Wilson

Jillian Wilson is a Vice President in the Integration and Separation practice of the Accounting & Reporting Advisory group. She has over two years of experience providing advisory and consultative services to middle-market, private sector clients.

At Stout, Jillian supports the finance functions of clients by implementing efficient and automated financial models. She has developed robust reporting models to produce month-end financial reporting results in a timely manner at the local and consolidated levels along with automated dashboard views, including board and lender reporting. She also provides technical accounting consulting to assist clients in post-acquisition closing statements and opening balance sheet true-ups.

Prior to joining Stout, she was a Senior Auditor at Friedman LLP (Marcum LLP) within the Affordable Housing and Real Estate practice, where she performed audits on public, private, and not-for-profit clients.

She is a Certified Public Accountant and has experience in Cash to Accrual, ASC 805, ASC 842, Excel modeling, and financial reporting.
